Take That were of course the UK's biggest boy band during the 90s, and Howard is a brilliant live DJ. He brings us a special 90's mix today with some massive 90's tunes.

Howard said - “I'm very proud to be doing a mix of 90s music for 6 Music as this week is a celebration of 90s music. People may assume, with me being in a pop band, that I'll only be playing pop music like Take That. However, I think you'll be surprised with some of the tunes that I've chosen. It's fantastic to be part of this celebration and to be invited to be a part of it on the Steve Lamacq show. ?

As part of 6 Music Goes Back the the 90's we're putting a spin on Steve Lamacq's 6 Music Album Club, by asking artists to mix up a seminal record of theirs from that time. Our guests can be as creative as they like with their own work - free to change up the order, tempos and structure of the album. It's a new piece of work made from their own classic album.

Today, Fatboy Slim has mixed up his 1998 classic album ‘You've Come a Long Way, Baby', which celebrates it's 25th anniversary this year. Hitting number one in the UK Albums Chart, the album generated four singles: 'The Rockafeller Skank', 'Gangster Tripping', 'Praise You', and 'Right Here, Right Now' - becoming a seminal dance music record of it's time.
