Once a prominent member of the Scottish criminal fraternity, the former Glasgow gangster has become a rehab role model - encouraging increasing numbers of fellow inmates to sign up to a self-help programme which put him on his own road to Damascus. He now works alongside staff at Inverness Prison and, once released, hopes to continue serving time as a counsellor on the inside.
