Live from London, Al Murray welcomes 2012 in with a bang of the drums and your failed resolutions.
When it comes to New Year's Resolutions, 'I'm giving up drinking', or chocolate, or joining a gym, or being nicer to my husband is a little bit .... passé. What's far more interesting to Al is finding out what you've resolved to do in previous New Year's - and failed at miserably. Al would like to know what your failed new year's resolutions have been - what you've resolved to do and hit a snag with. The more spectacularly you failed - the better!
If you got a drum kit for Christmas Al wants to know whether you can bang out a tune better than he can. He has a drum kit in the studio - and if you have one at home and you can play it whilst you're on the phone - Al wants to hear your drumming skills.
2012 is a leap year - we get one extra day - and Al wants to hear from 'leap children', born on February 29th.
So it's New Year's Resolutions with a twist, leap year babies, drums, and Al's favourite music.
