Clive Anderson's Chat Room

First broadcast from 20041021 to 20091105.

Clive Anderson presents a six-part satirical chat show in which a panel of the nation's top politicians, performers and pundits get to speak their mind about the week's hot topics.

Each week Clive's panel of guests will be a mix of comedians, critics, commentators and politicians, all quick-witted, opinionated and often with direct experience of the subjects being discussed. And the studio audience has the opportunity to fire questions at the panel.

  • The guests the BBC lists (in advance of the broadcast and possibly the recording) are often different to those in the broadcast - this is commented on when Arthur Smith is introduced, claiming he's often a last-minute stand-in.
