In June 2002, Welsh businessman Peter Shaw was kidnapped in Tbilisi.
Peter had been working in Georgia for six years but was due to return to Wales the next day.
He left his office at the Agro-business Bank to drive home and moments later he was snatched from his car at gunpoint in broad daylight.
For four months he was kept in total darkness, chained to the wall in a hole in the ground.
His skull was fractured, his body was covered in sores and he didn't think he would ever see daylight again.
But against all the odds, Peter survived.
Ed Talfan's play tells the story of how he did it.
