Oscar-winning actor Jim Broadbent returns to his roots in rural Lincolnshire. The village of Holton-cum-Beckering was populated by a small community of conscientious objectors, who included Jim's parents, during the Second World War. The theatre company which they created in the village school is still proudly alive today, with its own theatre. Jim is now the company's president.
