Sam Smith, Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, Frankie and Wayne Bridge and Marvin Hulmes will be among the guests virtually joining Joe - and offering encouragement - in his challenge, which started at 09:25. Joe will be attempting a range of activities from cycling to yoga, boxing to rowing... and of course his signature HIIT workouts.

Joe, whose mission is to get the world fitter, stronger, healthier and happier, will be working out live on BBC Radio 2 and viewers can also watch his efforts live on the Red Button and BBC iPlayer across the 24 hours. You'll be able to donate to support Joe, with money raised going towards supporting children and young people across the UK facing a range of disadvantages.
