Jo Brand presents a documentary about much-loved British comic Les Dawson, a celebration of the life and times of the larger than life comic. As well as examining Les's roots and the early poverty- tricken world that shaped his comedy, the documentary explores his somewhat hidden talents including piano playing, writing, poetry and his numerous experiments as a straight actor.
Featuring an interview with Les's daughter Charlotte who was less than a year old when her father died from a heart attack while on a routine trip to hospital in 1993.
