Patrick Kielty is broadcasting live from Nashville, Tennessee in the build up to The CMA Awards 2019. From a studio on the iconic Music Row, the heart of country music in the United States, Patrick will be looking ahead to Country Music's Biggest Night. He's chatting to stars from the world of music - including Sheryl Crow, Dan + Shay, Keith Urban , Darius Rucker, Lady Antebellum & Gavin De Graw - about some of their favourite places in Nashville to find out what makes Music City the global centre for country music. Patrick also has live performances in the studio from rising country music stars Ingrid Andress and Joshua Hedley.

Ingrid is already an accomplished songwriter following collaborations with Alicia Keys, Sam Hunt and Charlie XCX. Originally from Denver, Colorado but now based in Nashville her first four tracks have already exceeded 35 million streams. Joshua is originally from Naples, Florida and earned himself the name Mr. Jukebox following his hugely popular performances in the bars on Broadway in Nashville.

The 53rd CMA Awards are hosted by Carrie Underwood with special guest hosts Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton, as they celebrate legendary women in country music. Combined, the three hosts hold 124 CMA Awards nominations and 22 total wins, 11 of which are for Female Vocalist of the Year. In addition, the three superstars hold a combined 14 nominations in the Entertainer of the Year category, with Dolly Parton receiving the award in 1978 and Reba McEntire winning in 1986.

And Patrick will be live from Nashville again on Thursday might between nine and midnight with highlights from the CMAs themselves.
