In this week's Lunchtime Concerts, Andrew McGregor presents highlights from the festival, including the recital 'Tallinn to St Petersburg' by the Estonian mezzo-soprano Kai Rüütel and the recital 'Vienna to Stockholm' performed by the Swedish soprano Camilla Tilling.
