Paul Noble speaks to 5 times gold Paralympic medallist Kenny Cairns about how he had to learn to swim again after a motor cycle accident left him paralysed.

Kenny goes on to explain that whilst he was competing in the Stoke Mandeville games, he was actually presented with a medal by the founder of the Paralympics, Sir Ludwig Guttmann.


Paralympic medallist Sam Ingram talks to Paul Noble about his transformation from new kid on the Judo block to bronze medallist at the Beijing Olympics. He describes his aspirations of medal success for London 2012 and how the home games will be a family affair for him, with his older brother also due to compete in the games.
