Bryan Burnett meets projects across the country who are supported by Children In Need with the money you donate. From a Youth Cafe in Orkney who are helping young people feel comfortable with their identity to a group in North Lanarkshire supporting young people and their families with health and well being and to the most northern part of the British Isles - Shetland with an after school group which ensures that children with additional needs have a space where they can have fun in an inclusive environment.
