20110425Tony Blackburn returns for another special bank holiday chart and this time counts down the 30 biggest selling songs from the movies, of all time.
Expect music from across seven decades and a couple of films to crop up more than once during the show.
Using sales data provided by The Official Charts Company, a track is only eligible for this chart if it was recorded specifically for a film.
Previously released songs later included on film soundtracks have not been included.
Radio 2 Arts Show presenter, Claudia Winkleman will also pop up during the countdown to provide a bit of background on a few of the films.
The chart is based on physical and download sales, up to and including 27th February 2011.
