Miriam O'reilly travels to Johannesburg and Durban to investigate reports by some charities that the recreational use of anti-retroviral Aids drugs could be putting their effectiveness at risk.

Almost one in five of South Africa's population is HIV positive, and anti-retroviral drugs are the only effective treatment against the Aids virus.
