On the 11th February 2015 the Unthanks played a gorgeous live session for Nemone (sitting in on the Lauren Laverne show). You can relive the music and chat in the programme, which also features new commentary from Nemone and the band.
The Unthanks are an acclaimed Northumbrian folk group. They have released 8 gorgeous albums since 2005.
At 7pm this evening they presented their first ever 6 Music programme. Adrian, Rachel and Becky played some of their favourite Easter-y, spring-appropriate folk music. It was wonderful.
